OrderProtection.com is a premium shipping protection service that covers your order from every major issue that can occur in transit. Your order is protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items, and missing items.If something goes wrong, you can file a claim in just a few clicks and receive a refund or reshipment once the claim is approved. Make sure the Order Protection toggle is turned on in your cart before checking out.
In your cart, you’ll see a toggle to turn Order Protection on or off. Turn the toggle on to add protection to your order. You’ll see it listed as a line item at checkout and on your order confirmation.If you forgot to add it or want to remove it immediately after purchase, reach out to our support team and we can assist.
You can file a claim at claim.orderprotection.com.You’ll only be able to file a claim if you purchased Order Protection at the time of checkout.

You can submit a claim up to 45 days from the date you placed the order, depending on the claim type. This differs slightly by store.
Order Protection is a non-refundable service once the order has been fulfilled. If your order has not shipped yet, reach out to our support team to request removal.There may also be options to cancel protection in your order confirmation email and/or your order confirmation page.
Yes, Order Protection can be purchased on international orders. Coverage and claim requirements remain the same, but shipping timelines may vary by carrier, destination, and whether the store you are purchasing from ships internationally outside of the United States.
Once you submit your claim, it will be reviewed by the Order Protection support team. Most claims are processed within 24-48 hours. If approved, you’ll receive a refund, reshipment, or store credit based on your preference and product availability.
No, using Order Protection does not affect your future ability to place orders or purchase protection again.
Yes, all products in your order are covered as long as Order Protection was purchased at checkout.
No, signature confirmation is not required. All packages up to $5,000 are covered regardless of delivery method.
If the order has not shipped, reach out to customer service immediately. Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
No, discounts or promo codes do not apply to Order Protection. Any discounts in your order apply only to the shippable products on the order, not the protection service.
