You will need to accept the collaborator request from Order Protection to your Shopify store. This allows Order Protection
to begin the onboarding process for your store.

Find Email
Open the email you received from Shopify with the subject
Request for store access from OrderProtection.com

Click View Request
Click the View Request button in the email

Review Request
Review the permissions requested then click Accept Request
We need access to your Customers to be able to update shipping addresses in
the case where a reshipment is needed but placed under the wrong address. We
also use this to reduce the risk of fraud.
We use this permission to add the Order Protection widget to your store. We
use this permission to verify that the Order Protection product isn’t shown on
your blog posts and pages.
