Opening the Dashboard
If you have multiple stores selected, the Dashboard shows a “Viewing All Active Stores” prompt asking you to select a store to view its analytics. Choose a single store to load its dashboard.
How current the data is
The Dashboard greets you by name based on the time of day and then loads your store’s analytics.- Refresh rate — data refreshes once per day and reflects every complete day up through yesterday. It isn’t a live, real-time feed, so same-day activity won’t appear until the next refresh.
- Time zone — all dates and times on the Dashboard are in UTC.
- Order history — order data only goes as far back as the day your store activated with Order Protection.
Filtering the Dashboard
Use the filter bar at the top of the Dashboard to narrow what each chart shows:| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Date | Sets the date range every chart on the Dashboard reflects. |
| Time Grouping | Groups time-series charts by day, week, or month. |
| Claim Type | Narrows claims charts to specific claim types (e.g. Damaged, Defective, Wrong Item). |
| Claim State | Narrows claims charts to a specific claim status (e.g. Approved, Denied, Pending). |
| Claim Category | Narrows claims charts to Shipping or Warranty claims. |

- Claim Count, Claim Rate, Median Time to Resolution, and Median First Response Time as top-line metrics.
