The Dashboard is the first tab under Analytics in the left-hand navigation. It gives you an at-a-glance view of how Order Protection is performing for your store — orders and revenue, claims activity, and the finances behind your account — organized into four sub-tabs so you can spot what’s working and where to dig in.

Opening the Dashboard

1

Open Analytics

In the left-hand navigation, open the Analytics section and select Dashboard.
2

Pick a single store

The Dashboard shows analytics for one store at a time. If you manage more than one store, use the store selector to choose the store you want to view.
If you have multiple stores selected, the Dashboard shows a “Viewing All Active Stores” prompt asking you to select a store to view its analytics. Choose a single store to load its dashboard.

How current the data is

The Dashboard greets you by name based on the time of day and then loads your store’s analytics.
  • Refresh rate — data refreshes once per day and reflects every complete day up through yesterday. It isn’t a live, real-time feed, so same-day activity won’t appear until the next refresh.
  • Time zone — all dates and times on the Dashboard are in UTC.
  • Order history — order data only goes as far back as the day your store activated with Order Protection.

Filtering the Dashboard

Use the filter bar at the top of the Dashboard to narrow what each chart shows:
FilterWhat it does
DateSets the date range every chart on the Dashboard reflects.
Time GroupingGroups time-series charts by day, week, or month.
Claim TypeNarrows claims charts to specific claim types (e.g. Damaged, Defective, Wrong Item).
Claim StateNarrows claims charts to a specific claim status (e.g. Approved, Denied, Pending).
Claim CategoryNarrows claims charts to Shipping or Warranty claims.
The exact charts and metrics on your Dashboard depend on your store’s configuration and contract. If you’d like a walkthrough of your specific dashboard or have questions about a metric, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

What you’ll see

The Dashboard is organized into four sub-tabs:
Headline numbers for the selected date range, plus the trends and breakdowns behind them:
  • Claim Count, Claim Rate, Median Time to Resolution, and Median First Response Time as top-line metrics.
  • Claim Count and Approved Claims (both count and dollar value) charted over time.
  • Breakdowns by Claim State, Claim Type, and Resolution Type (for approved claims, both by count and by dollar value).
  • A Claim Type Count table, plus an interactive time series where you can select or deselect individual claim types to focus on.
  • A dedicated Warranties breakdown, an Issue Count table of claim items, and a Claim Resolutions table with resolution-level detail.

Downloading table data

Any table on the Dashboard can be exported. Click the ”…” menu in the top-right corner of the table to download its data.
