# Collaborator Access

    ### Grant Collaborator Access

    You will need to accept the collaborator request from Order Protection to your Shopify store. This allows Order Protection
    to begin the onboarding process for your store.

        Open the email you received from Shopify with the subject
        <code>Request for store access from OrderProtection.com</code>

      <Step title="Click View Request">
        Click the <code>View Request</code> button in the email

    View the requested Scopes for your Shopify store

      We need access to your Orders to be able to place reshipment orders, place
      refunds, and verify purchase of protection.

          in your store.

          in your store.

          When placing reshipments we want to make sure to keep your inventory in
          sync.

          This allows us to remove the Order Protection product from your store.

      This allows us to resolve claims in the form of gift cards for your customers.

      We need access to your Customers to be able to update shipping addresses in
      the case where a reshipment is needed but placed under the wrong address. We
      also use this to reduce the risk of fraud.

      We use this permission to generate accurate analytics for your store.

    <ParamField path="Dashboards">
      We take your store's performance seriously and use this permission to monitor
      any potential issues.

      We use this permission to issue discount codes to your customers when
      requested as a resolution for their claim.

      We use this permission to add the Order Protection widget to your store.

      We use this permission to add the Order Protection widget to your store. We
      use this permission to verify that the Order Protection product isn't shown on
      your blog posts and pages.

      Requested to ensure that the Order Protection app is configured correctly.
